They promote it as very comprehensive training with much details, free bonuses,etc.

A person at my local real estate club has been promoting judgment investing.

She promoted a 2 day workshop with her mentor Thad in two weeks for $89.  

@Joe TranMany foreign investors are working with foreign affiliate companies who promote helping them from start to finish, basically a full service solution. 

But you are prob. right its prob just a promotion or something.

Some are promoting buying in a personal property trust then selling the beneficial interest of the trust (instead of selling the mobile homes itself), the report explains why you CANNOT do that.The other important thing to take in to consideration with mobile homes, is that you need to comply with Dodd-Frank and the SAFE Act rules for your state, but you also need to comply with any mobile home dealer's rules in your state too.

Lol. promoters come up with phrases and tag names to try to make something feel more real or important.There’s no guarantee it’s a family  and there’s no guarantee that anybody takes action.

@ Kent R I considered that course but I was a little turned off by the "salesy" nature of the emails sent out by the CFRI promoting it.
