If they just moved in and are blatantly breaking the rules they obviously think they can do whatever they want and the lease is just a worthless piece of paper.Think about 4 more people flushing the toilets, walking the carpet, banging the walls, slamming the doors etc.

We have narrowed it down to two we like.The first home is 1252 sqft, it has a double car garage and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is a single storyThe second home is 1642 sqft and is 3 bed 2.5 bath, single car garage, and it is a 2 storyWe will own the lot free and clear after the partition, and the first home is going to cost about 125k to build, turn key.

I thenposted 3 day notice on door and was overnighted the rent money order, with a note saying starting feb 1st, rent will be paid with personal check not money order, as I ahd verbally requested initially, but did not put in lease .Should i take the check, even if it is on time?

Seems more and more MF buildings now coming on the market are soliciting offers without the buyers being able to see the property.Some properties said no visiting any units, don't knock on any doors, don't park on the property or walk around.Others would show you say one unit out of four or six and basically tell you it's the same, and you don't really get to see much in a crowded unit with the tenant complaining and saying "are you done yet?
