Good purchase?
Hey Guys! Finally made it to Wisconsin and I have been on the prowl for multifamilies in my are. After carful consideration, and looking at many duplexes and fourplexes, the wife and I decided that we will get a duplex for now, and fourplexes later. I have ran the numbers on this duplex, and although it's not the greatest investment, it's one of the nicer duplexes to owner occupy that I have seen. Please let me know what you guys think.
