I will say I wish I had gotten the book to go with it since enjoy reading an actual book for things like this.

It’s always going to be less than comparables in SF, but I think the gap has room to narrow when people start experiencing and hearing about Oakland more, and realize they’re not going to get shot while enjoying a beautiful day at the Lake ;) I’m with @Devin Ratoosh  that this area has more steam in it..

They may enjoy talking to you and you may learn a great deal from the local "Gladis Kravitz" (if you ever watched Bewitched).

So this is an AMAZING additional resource.Biggerpockets is like an onion, except it only makes you eyes water from enjoyment.

Hello and welcome I just to say and warn anyone thinking about investment in real estate in Dubai to stay away coming from an exaprince Dubai is a great place to vist and enjoy a vacation but real estate investment is not worth it

I have been at current job for over 8 years and do enjoy what i do but it demands much of my time.  

I didn't enjoy the program.
