I don't think you can expect even a good system from one store to do what you need to organize all your expenses.

Now they have expanded pharmacy bigger and have made about 1/3 rd the size of the store medical now.

Fewer phone calls, fewer text message, fewer trips to the various home stores and to my garage. 

I see this as a safety hazard if nothing more (fire depratment issue, stray animals taking up residence. someone playing in it and getting hurt, etc).I've checked the lease and there is nothing in there about not storing boats/vessels.

We do both - Airbnb and Corporate rentals - So the question is do you make money as a host or do you make more money as an investor. [ I had an amazon 3rd party store and dumped [and loss] alot in running an amazon store, but if I dumped just some of that into the amazon stock at $50.00 and now $3200 - would of made all the difference.

I want to see large, established, national tenants near the property (Starbucks, Target, chain grocery stores, chain restaurants etc.).
