What online software do you use to manage your properties?

I just recently bought a duplex with my brother and I am looking for a website that is an all in one property management software that gives me a way to screen tenants, market your rental, receive applications and collect rent online. Turbo tenant looks promising but I wanted to double check to see if it is all its cracked up to be or if there is a better website for that?
