I suspect your brokerage is the same you cannot get your check unless your paper work is 100% compliant.. 

Investing from overseas might mean you have, on paper, less local knowledge and limited direct contact with what is going on in that specific market.

I will go ahead and submit another physical paper lease with the addendum and the correct signatures.

Prior to Air BNB, most of the properties we sold were negative on paper and often in reality.

Sure you could learn how to install a new toilet and install the bathroom vanity.

@Joaquin Camarasa I found this publication by HUD https://www.huduser.gov/portal/sites/default/files/pdf/DisplacementReport.pdf which towards the end of the paper outlines policies implemented in DC.

You won't be able to carry more than two government backed owner occupied house (low rates low down) at the same time AND it has to make sense on paper.

I went and found that each of the three toilets had a "deposit" in it (and I'm not talking about urine either). 

I've done maintenance and would gladly take the preventatives like changing an anode rod instead of fielding calls for toilet clogs and pulling dentures out of disposals!

No paper trail.
