I think $200,000-$300,000 per unit depending on level of finishes (inclusive of that $60,000) but I wanted to see if that is in fact an accurate price point that people are using.I'm in the NorthEast so everything is a premium :-) Even just saying you're in the Northeast isn't terribly helpful.

We don't want to remove and replace it, though if we did we would go back with LVP.Dog odor can be terrible, but usually not too hard to get rid of.

That means it would take you over 8 years to recover your costs (that's when you start profit),...which is terrible.
