Removing Odors in Carpets

We recently had some tenants with dogs vacate a property.  Are there any solutions to getting the dog smell out?  We've tried aqueous ozone, but it only had a minor effect.  Any tips would be appreciated!  We don't want to remove and replace it, though if we did we would go back with LVP.
