Others came off as this was just going to be another 9-5 W2 type of career change for them ya know.

Sold less than a year later (by a few weeks) for $1.5 mil which was list price.I have not since done a project with such a high cost and need for "luxury" but that was my best deal because it was a huge risk that paid off in the end and gave me the confidence to scale up my business and career with the proceeds earned.

Not to mention connecting (both online and offline) with those who live near me.As you spend more time here, you'll start to see people who appear to have similar interests, are at a similar place in their investing careers and who are in close proximity to you.

IMO.In my career, my largest liability was the guarantee of notes, in the millions, but I could always sell the onligations or the properties, refinance them or modify them, so to say that I was totally at risk is not a true concern.

It will be one of the best things you ever did for your real estate career.
