Make sure who ever puts in the vent system that they do not use the flex-tube accordion style venting pipe it is not code and you need the solid sheet metal style tube put in, and must be taped with the correct silver heat tape not duct tape.

For podcasts, there are two - a dude here in Toronto, Erwin Szeto, that runs an interview style podcast similar to what you hear on BP.

The hot market, along with the Auction style multiple offer, above asking price situation that developed rewarded us with a strong assignment.

They are only doing their job so I do not fault them, but unless your kids play t-ball together 2X a week you should not be on a first name basis with them and it sounds like this owner is. $800 net with $90K contract plus repairs don't sound like a solid deal to me.
