I would check with local requirements, if you haven't already.The reason I say that is a few years ago during a similar repair, the plumber had to stop and pull a permit when they nicked a water supply line.

I couldn't find too much conclusive on the topic here:I was wondering what kind of blinds you use in your rentals for the windows.I am supplying and installing the blinds for a few reasons.So far I have always put in the cheapo vinyl mini blinds, and usually it takes max. a day after move-in until some blades are cracked, broken, missing, you name it.

If you want to grow your portfolio it might be harder to pay off properties quickly unless you have lots of income or are liquidating other assets.Most investors on here advocate using small down payments and securing 30 year mortgages and not prepaying them.
