You may have to balance spending money on things today that you may not really need until later - but, they may cost a LOT more to change later.

You want to get the interlocking not the glue down, spend some time looking at the different types, the interlocking does take more time and skill to put down (still way easier than tile and wood) but it is essentially waterproof as each piece locks into the others.

The representative said the tenant would be re-evaluated after 6 months to see if they still qualified for the assistance and they couldn't guarantee a year long lease.At least with Section 8 its guaranteed money.

Again I'm just exploring my options as this is my hard earned money that I'm spending and I'm not an iron fist person but like to be "fair" and "punctual" with any business.

So chances of finding the right buyer, (DIY saving money type), with kitchen size/layout very similar yet flexible - willing to build/spec the cabinets around the size of the counters... is exceedingly slim.

I can put some money down, but I want to stay under $50k at absolute most and prefer to put down as little as possible.
