Curious how you all would think a resort + casino going into a STR market will go and the impact?

I work in real estate lending full time (agency, capital markets, etc.) and honestly need help moving deals through the funnel and someone that is either experienced or coachable would be great.

It needed better marketing.

For example, Florida has the Marketable Records Title Act (F.S. 712) which provides that an unchallenged deed of record for 30 years becomes a new root title extinguishing prior interests. 

You'll also get access to off market deals that typically have less competition. 

In a free market the rents would reflect the scarcity of a great product but the government tries to meddle in the free market which at least in the short term increases the scarcity.
