Account Closed you just joined BP a few days ago, and not sure about your post.Where are you getting your info that Brightmoor & Cody-Rouge are good Neighborhoods to invest in?

Some boards are like concrete with a photo attached while a few still have some flexibility which helps avoid locking issues when going over unlevel substrates.When you charted info regarding sunrooms and gluing down click lock, this can be a two edged sword.

But after reading about the above, I am thinking, should I save up more and go for multi-family in the same/ similar market?

The money they had was sitting in a savings account accruing 1% interest per year.

I am currently reading "How to Invest in real estate" by Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner.I am hoping to buy my first investment property by the end of the year after savings.
