That space is for very well establish players, as the crowd funding platforms want to maintain their reputation by only listing properties run by strong and credible operators.

@Linda Weygant I can connect with a reputable law firm in the area that has a dedicated real estate practice.

I have googled side gigs and nothing seems to be something I could do or really have the skillset for such as web designing or anything of that nature.

Not sure about their reputation, there were definitely some questionable things I found....but seem to be mostly tied to rental issues with their "own listings". 

Agents that handle the niche market of Real Estate should understand this is a reputation business and I hope that I keep making my clients money they keep utilizing my services. 

My wife and I are looking at a few deals in the Philadelphia area to execute the BRRRR strategy and I'm interested in meeting some reputable general contractors that can handle a full renovation and like working with investors.Thank you in advance!
