Assignment Contract in Texas
I’m an going to my first meeting to speak with a motivated seller tomorrow. Should I have an Assignment Contract / purchase agreement with me in hand if I am hoping to wholesale this deal to a buyer.

@Jharod Holmes You dont need an assignment contract, thats between you and your end buyer. You need to bring a purchase agreement. You are here in TX so I would strongly suggest you use the TREC contract. Take plenty of pictures also. Good luck!!
