Hey Gary, how is your eviction journey progressing.

I figure your not going to hire a title company to do a large amount of searches when you are just starting to reach out though you would use a title company layer on if negotiations progress.  

I look forward to following your progress on this.It'll be fun seeing the learning curve during your first flip.  

I'd like to help however I think you might help me more if I can follow your progress.

Petersburg/Clearwater area is known for its fine quality of life, recreational activities, and progressive community business atmosphere.It is part of an area sometimes referred to as the Sunbelt, which extends into the Orlando area and contains numerous vacation attractions, including Disney World, Sea World, Busch Gardens, and beach area resorts.Hillsborough County is geographically located midway along the west coast of Florida.

I'd like to build a website for these purposes:- Establish credibility to potential sellers from directed marketing - Blog, track, and show progress and successes from current and past projects completed- Online lead generation As i'm just starting out, only establishing credibility is important to me.

Sounds like you're making good progress and have some things going for you already.
