Allow Me to Reintroduce Myself...

Hello again BP Community, I go by Tone and I am eager to make significant progress in real estate investment.  I introduced myself before but I am re-engaging anew.  I have been looking at BP podcast and books, but want to get plugged into the community to more rapidly gain knowledge and grow networks.  I was more formally introduced to real estate investing about 7 years ago through a friend who buys and holds properties.  He was willing to sell/"give" me one of his properties to get started, but I was planning on moving soon therefore I did not want a large loan (~$100k with the monthly payment paid by the rental) in my name (which is what he was suggesting).  After moving to Pittsburgh, I linked up with a friend who is pretty seasoned in the game to better learn the ropes.  I have finally acquired a single family house, but I have not done anything with it in pursuit of a multi-unit to househack.  I have a wife and children therefore I am not able to be as risky as if I had started when single.  I am eager to meet more investors, so please reach out and tell me about your strategy.

-Tone

Hi @Tone Rob

Welcome again to the community!

I'm currently house hacking in the south hills myself and I'd be happy to help you in any way possible. Shoot over a colleague request and I'd be happy to meet up or talk over the phone.

Also @Josh Caldwell runs a great meeting and there is one coming up in July. It would be great to meet you there!

Best of Luck

Tony
