I know several people that can do the work but cant produce the business paperwork and contracts, so i find myself doing piece work with Feldco, Galaxy, Luna... which truly becomes expensive.

The only thing that I ever received was in Excel document containing expenses and deposits.Fast forward to November 2013, after we had served in the condo association a lawsuit for breach of fiduciary duties and subpoenaed the bank statements from Chase (because the association still failed to produce them after being served), we find out that the president of the association had been using the Association funds for personal use (including multiple $300+ cash withdraws, bar and restaurant charges, as well as clothing store purchases and a trip to the spa.

Just do your due diligence and make sure that the agency offering the class is solid because not all courses are made equally.In terms of going for a smaller brokerage that's exactly what I did and believe that works well for the part time broker with way lower split and desk fees than big box companies.Also, her having a license will more than pay for itself even if it does not produce much in the first year by allowing you to list/buy your investment properties without paying a commission.
