Scam vs.Scrutiny

Hello everybody, I have a couple of questions to ask. Can Rick Dawson's "Deed Grabber" be useful to a newbie and if so, would that be profitable way to go for a newbie? While I am becoming more settled with this website and getting to know members-AWESOME; I was just wondering would it be of any value to attend the REIA's University seminars? Thanks a heap for all answers.

Welcome to BiggerPockets @Winona Benson! I personally feel that any new investor can get more information here on BP than they would in any program. Plus, it may be more beneficial learn the basics and get a better understanding of things before you delve "deep" into any one specific strategy like a course would provide.
