I have no knowledge of lead paint ever being used but just curious because of the age of the house.

Peeling paint on an older house needs to be fixed, windows need to open and close, fire alarms, dead bolts on exterior doors, etc. 

Do a new interior paint job, and a few more details.

Realtors on the other hand strut through your house, tell you "Oh, you need to update the kitchen, and paint, and etc. etc. etc." 

I will paint a picture for you and see if you see the point I am trying to make , then I will really give you a bit of my personal insight.

I do a little work on my rentals like cutting the grass or painting when the properties are vacant because I enjoy it.

Couple more coats of paint and a few odds and ends and it’ll be rent ready :)  

Of course these are based on a few assumed input variables, but I believe this accurately paints a scary picture using DMM.The lesson here is that unless you send 10K+ mailers, you are not really getting anywhere.
