Reading online reviews of Shaw, LifeProof, and Stainmaster all seem decent quality.

I found a template online for excel that I use to record my income and expenses and it has a section to track mileage and multiplies your mileage by whatever the allowable rate is for business travel ($0.535 cents last year).

I read online that they primarily look at DSCR and operating income.

If your local laws  say you must store his property, you can send him a message stating you want his release to throw away anything left.

Some advice I've seen online is to just network, get a part time job in the industry such as property management and continuing to read and learn then make the jump once i graduate.

@Margaret Webb go to the STORE icon on the  very top of the BP webpage , hover over it and on the far right there is "Real Estate Forms" under neath that is Lease Agreement Package the rest I am sure you can figure out (GR8 resource!)
