@Steve Landers,Most of the reviews that I have read have Buildium as the way to go and I know plenty of people that swear by it.

If they have a long history with lots of reviews it means they have put quite a bit of money into that platform and it must be working since they are still using it (it is not cheap for contractors in my opinion). 

My attorney has reviewed our contract language and strongly believes I am not liable for this additional cost and that the job was significantly underbid.
