I just hear a lot about investing where the numbers make sense which might not be where you live and was getting a little nervous thinking about buying in a place I haven't experienced yet.

Hello,Looking to purchase my second house hack, but I’m a bit nervous about the large purchase.The property is a fully renovated 3/2 that has two fully renovated studio apartments with garages for each directly below (Carriage houses).

She probably had nervous sellers calling all the time so she was pre warning me.

So I'm very excited and nervous all at the same time.

I have been learning as much as I can but it's the jump that has me nervous.

I'm excited as well nervous about the whole thing, after all, I'm new in all of this and don't know much about everything so I've have been reading books and just signed up with BiggerPockets. 

Also, I was nervous about a bubble popping so I wanted to just collect my cash and run!
