Depending on the nature and extent of the damage you mentioned, new wood of the same sort is expensive to come by, so if repair wood could not be pulled out of closet areas then new flooring for the whole area begins to make more sense.

Indeed, it's not a corporation at all, though you can form a corporation inside of one if you desire.Though it may be second nature to people in the know, like @Matthew Kreitzer, who is obviously well-versed in the law, it may not be to everyone else.

When I did my property, just a small lot, I had a small excavator to dig stumps up and move the big rocks out but to actually grade the lot a bobcat was amazing.

You would need natural gas to propane conversion kits on any fixtures you would plan on running (range, furnace, HWH) but a plumber can install those simple enough.

wouldn't landscape rock be a better solution you can always combine them with pavers  The artificial grass is expensive and gets extremely hot .
