That means it would be unethical (and possibly illegal) for the agent to use you to bid up a property for other clients; and if you prove to be a good client who can follow-through on your purchases, you shouldn't have to worry about your agent saving good deals for other investors.All that said, it sounds like you're in the beginning stages of learning this business -- don't feel pressured to jump on a deal too quickly, there's nothing wrong with asking lots of questions and taking a few more weeks/months to fully understand the process and the expectations more thoroughly.

I need to figure out how to stop this mildew or algae stuff that shows up on one of my rental house's older vinyl siding.I end up having to pressure-wash this crud off at least yearly, but it really needs it 2-3 times per year!

What I don't like about it is that it feels physically isolated (being tucked in between Mount Olivet Road and New York Avenue) and has less access to public transportation (no metro or trolley).

March 1st, I actually indirectly committed to taking massive action on this investing thing.I've procrastinated a lot, visited the BP site off and on, listened to a lot of the BP podcasts, got all motivated, but would fold under the pressure of life (work, business, family, school, etc) I've learned a lot from BP, a host of other free podcasts and youtube videos (Sean Terry, Cris Chico, Cody Sperber, etc) and a live event in Anaheim, CA with Ginger Macias (on March 1st).
