there is a judgement my name would be on record - for a longtime - even though this was a business dealing and not a personal deal.In my case, I own my properties in my name and self-manage my properties with a Single member LLC.,  and I am thinking of using the LLC name as the "Landlord".

If you're buying a property that is not new construction you  may be able to call the local utility company to find out what the power bill typically runs so you at least have a ballpark figure.Good luck to you.

Those people get excited about creating an awesome guest experience, they love to nerd out about revenue management, photography, staging, and other parts of the business so they get really really good at it, and they have jobs that allow them the time to manage themselves (and this doesn't have to be a lot of time btw).
