Is there any way to perform this transaction without involving a bank?

I used to get stuff under contract all the time in order to flip or rent, never wholesaledo with no money involved.

I would love to get some feed back about how to get involved in this type of investing as a beginner.

I felt that I was unable to asses all the risks associated with flipping, so I turned back to the stock market, I have learned so much rehabbing, repairing, and managing my properties over the last 9 years.  

@James McCarthy,I'm not sure why you haven't moved out at lease renewal, but going to court isn't as scary or expensive as you thinkGoing to court involves a few steps to standardize your presentation and argument, but really it's nothing more than paying the filing fee and going in front of a neutral person to resolve a conflict.

I found that I preferred to run my business without DPOR and the RA involved.

Lenders see condos as a bigger risk than a single family home because you do not own the land that the condo sits on.
