You'll basically need someone on the ground in the location who can tell you what ARV is, someone who can look at the properties and estimate repair costs and someone to deal with the potential buyers (finding them, showing them the property, etc).Wholesaling is VERY difficult...doing it from far away when you don't have much experience seems crazy to me...
