Can anyone recommend a good title company in Southern California that does double closings/escrows? Thanks.

I can't give you a recommendation but I can give yous ome ideas how to find one.

Network with local investors. Learn who the players are in your area. Go to your local REIA. Also cal the hard money lenders in the area. They will know who the title attorney's are that work with investors.

You don't know anyone yet? If you see a property being rehabbed for example stop and talk to the people there. You'll either get to know a buyer/rehabber or a contractor.

As you build your network the serious investors will now who to use.

Good Luck - Ned
