I've been crunching numbers on some of the deals I've seen offered here just to get confident with the relationships between purchase price, NOI, CAP, and cash-on-cash returns - to begin to understand what I could afford and what it might result in for me.  

One thing that might make it appealing to buyers agents would be to offer a few thousand selling assistance to a full price offer from clients of the agents that do a preview.Also if you do previews make sure you are pretty confident about your renovation schedule.

But I believe people are becoming more confident in putting their money into real estate which is heightening the demand and prices.

I'm extremely limited on funds for the first deal I choose to take on, let alone paying for a webinar, so obviously whatever deal I find I'm gonna scrutinize till I'm 100% confident it's legit.

I almost had a very nice deal but once i got to scan the house for myself the owner lied about A LOT of the repairs so i backed out, I still have that fear of being on the phone too ( i know confidence will come in practice!) 

Unbelievably productive, and supportive community and it really boosted my confidence to begin my journey as a real estate entrepreneur in Philadelphia.

I am confident she would go with me over another guy.

My brokerage Long & Foster has something like 20% of all listings in the DC metro area.  

I'm hoping to get more confidence soon and start the ball rolling.
