Hey guys! 

I have been quietly browsing the forum here, and I love what I see. Unbelievably productive, and supportive community and it really boosted my confidence to begin my journey as a real estate entrepreneur in Philadelphia. I have many fresh ideas, and am excited to discuss them in this forum and gain some knowledge while I'm at it!
