Presell a flip, how soon is too soon to list, get buyers in, etc.

We're considering putting our flip on the market well before it's complete, like 1.5 months before at this point. It currently looks about two days further along than the pics below. What's everyone's experience with this? I'm concerned most buyers can't look at prints and a construction site and envision the finished product. I'm also worried about DOM if we don't get it under contract presale. I also think we'll have a more limited pool of buyers and no chance at a bidding war as we tend to price conservatively.

I'd planned on putting it on the market ~2 weeks out from completion. There is some discussion about putting it on now. I'd love to presell this thing, obviously, but I'm worried we're waaay too early. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
