Per my understanding, that means a 2400 sq ft lot would allow at most 2160 sq ft of finished, above grade indoor space. 

I understand you can look at Zillow and leverage public county tax databases to find semi-accurate property tax numbers with comparables.

I certainly understand why people chose to leave that circuit alone.

I understand the general process of how the title companies like Catic operate but would anyone with more in depth knowledge be able to elaborate on how the specifics would be able to be transitioned to a blockchain platform?

This drives out competition and let's those who really know and understand the market get higher returns. 

My old job used to send me to Jacksonville FL often for work so I had a decent understanding of the city.

Fortunately, there are now a lot of people working in this niche who really understand it and can be a wealth of information.
