Ask...Walk me through how to change a toilet.How to change a light fixture.How they would diagnose a furnace issue, a leaky sink, not working electric dryer, ect. 

There will never be a time when it's all green lights.  

It also allowed more day light into the hallway, which was dark during the day.

I would much prefer to buy into a different kind of business i.e. restaurant or machine shop or equipment rental or buy a 100 foot crane for tree work or changing light bulbs.  

We're not interested in significant monthly cash flow- I envision holding the property for a few years, doing some light rehab along the way, then reselling and walking away having hopefully at least doubled our initial investment.

Add some light/accent color to the porch area.  

Seriously I like the jeans and boots with a Carhart pocket TThen I take a light weight set of coveralls for the crawlspace / attic areas ( that's where you learn everything )Take a great LED flashlightI've had them so bad I burnt the coveralls !!!!

Best part was it was light modern looking but completely different from what you find in big box stores, gives some character to the property.

Find out if there is a desk fee and if floor time is required.
