As a Brokerage, I can set up a custom search that is delivered to you daily (if there are new listings or changes) and if needed, one of our agents can walk the property, take pictures and I can supply a repair estimate.We also have contractors that can do the rehab work, and we will also mareket for you as a rental or sale.

I'm a HUD Brokerage so I lean toward those types of deals, but...If you find a property you like, the earnest money deposit is at most, $ 1,000.Private lenders will do 90/10 financing, so you out of pocket is minimal, and you use the incoming cash flow to pay down the debt.We have a variety of MLS searches that we email to Investors on a daily basis... if you would like, we can add you.
