I'm a HUD Brokerage so I lean toward those types of deals, but...If you find a property you like, the earnest money deposit is at most, $ 1,000.Private lenders will do 90/10 financing, so you out of pocket is minimal, and you use the incoming cash flow to pay down the debt.We have a variety of MLS searches that we email to Investors on a daily basis... if you would like, we can add you.

Passive income has always been my aim, and I'm understanding that real estate will be the mechanism and vehicle thru which I can achieve that aim throughout my next decade(s).I drive around residential neighborhoods on a daily basis and have begun "driving for dollars", or at least identifying potential wholesale properties.
