I have not done a flip for my own personal profit, but I was a project manager for a construction (GC) company, so I learned a lot about contracting. 

I have the backing of my families construction company Two Bridges Home Improvement Llc.      

I remember being new construction left and right, and prices being much better than South Florida.

Do I need to pay someone to go there and assess the property, ( perhaps a rehab construction co ), If I go myself I still wouldn't know how to price it out, or should I just come up with a figure based on similar houses on redfin, etc. and just estimate about 40K in rehab cost.

Most likely your zoning will not allow a mobile house trailer mixed with stick frame construction. 

Keep in mind our current rental is 100% paid off.2) Can I get a mortgage for this building while it is under construction?
