Hello all,

I'm new to the site and eager to learn a lot and (hopefully) teach a little. I've been a real estate investor for 20 years. I'm shifting my focus from buying/holding and management to flipping. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Lou

@Lou Cali An awesome place to start would be by reading J Scott's book "The book on flipping houses" and "The book on estimating Rehab Costs"... Excellent starting point for someone looking to start in this niche.
