There are free online courses, located under education tab, offered on this site.

They have the worst attention span and reading comprehension, and they don't want to reveal their income, only citing that I should trust them, they can afford it...after they just told me they got evicted from their last apartment in December because they couldn't afford it on their Denny's waitress wage.

I am opposed to any educator which charges to teach you any sort of system, as that money would be much better put toward your first deal.

I got a college education in business with an emphasis in real estate.  

That being said I am being educated but I also what to know where I should really start.
