What about a one time deep clean?

Im exploring the idea of starting a property management company in Winter Park that helps vacation rental owners manage guests, cleanings and property maintenance - solely out of need as I am too an owner and know there isnt a reliable network up there.

I also called an old property manager that I used to rent from to ask for some additional clauses that he would suggest to input (pet rules, hvac cleaning if there is a cat, landscaping, etc.).You can also dig up an old lease you previously signed and compare the template to the one you had.

Advise them they don't need to worry about cleaning, but do need to ensure all personal property and rubbish has been removed before turning over the keys.
