Starting a property management company in Winter Park
Hello all,
I'm looking for guidance on this topic from the community if anyone has any expertise. Im exploring the idea of starting a property management company in Winter Park that helps vacation rental owners manage guests, cleanings and property maintenance - solely out of need as I am too an owner and know there isnt a reliable network up there. In the state of Colorado to start this business, do you know if you need to be a broker or something for X amount of years before starting? Any guidance would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Ken
