Also you have to remember that there is no state income tax here and that helps offset higher rental prices if the market bears this ability.Also Places in Texas are some of the only in the country that you can buy a home under $200k that is less then 10 years old and it will produce positive Cashflow and still go up in value.. that to me makes the tax issue non existent because it is consumed in revenue I am not that familiar with San Antonio and Brad can probably answer specifics of what that market is doing, but I do know it’s a hot market just as Houston and DFW are for us and our clients we help find and manage homes for
