The 50% reduction while admirable it most certainly won't cut it in that region of the country given the tenant centric laws and authorities in Maryland, especially those in Baltimore City & Baltimore County.

Any region where there are large percentages of these two types of investors can see a bigger crash than the rest of the country.I'm building up cash reserves right now (saved up in debt capital (lines of credit), equity in SFRs in markets not affected by foreign/institutional investors)
