Seeking referrals for a property management company that can manage a mobile home park. Located in the Greater Los Angeles area and is comprised of about 200 homes.
Thank you in advance!

Ryan is right. It’s much cheaper and thus more profitable to have an on-site manager instead of paying a premium for a property management company. The on-site manager would usually have pride of ownership, own their own home, has a well kept home and lawn, and all that is a good motivator to make him/her manage the park well (as if it were theirs).
