I do that to keep my house smelling fresh and just forgot they were there. . . and a $75 charge because my air filter was dirty.While they are keeping both the $725 deposit and the $500 pet fee and still charging me almost $2,932.My original lease stated that I will have to keep paying rent until it is rented again, or until the agreed move out date, whichever is first, and that I will forfeit my deposit.
