Should I store the NVR in a specific apartment?

Last year in my first RE deal I bought a small multi-unit mixed residential/commercial building. the ground floor has been occupied by an antiques store for the past 18 years.

I do that to keep my house smelling fresh and just forgot they were there. . . and a $75 charge because my air filter was dirty.While they are keeping both the $725 deposit and the $500 pet fee and still charging me almost $2,932.My original lease stated that I will have to keep paying rent until it is rented again, or until the agreed move out date, whichever is first, and that I will forfeit my deposit. 

A finanfial advsior wouldn't make the same investment for someone who is fresh out of college as someone who is looking to retire soon.

Again, I am new to this so I have many questions that need answering, but my main concern right now is what kind of loan I would qualify for, or if I would qualify for a loan at all.Here is my current situation: I am fresh out of school with around $35k debt in school loans.

Furry freshness worked good for the walls and baseboard upstairs.

Oh and leverage your youth - it always inspires me when I read of guys fresh from (or in) college who aspire to make it big in real estate.

Is it a good part of town next to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, parks, etc...?

I knew immediately that I wasn’t going to accept this and that I would not live my life working hard just to scrape by.As a fresh college grad with a fancy degree and 6 months of (relevant) work experience it didn’t take me long to find a solution.

They are typically built better and in better locations than Dollar stores.
