If you're purchasing a mobile home in a pre-existing park than a purchase and sale agreement is not needed as the sale will take place in the next couple days most likely.

If you will look at B- to C areas, I'd say the Pleasant Grove and Lancaster areas of East & South East Dallas, along with an area of Dallas known as the Hamilton Park Historic area.
