The irrevocable trust conforms to Utah Code 25-6-14 as well as Internal Revenue Code 541(c)(2) and is considered a restriction on the transfer of a beneficial interest of the debtor in a trust that is enforceable under applicable nonbankruptcy law - and thus, said restriction is enforceable under federal bankruptcy law.

The one exception is our {international} student rooming house, where the cash tenants must pay our "Den Mother" by the 1st of the month.This makes the late payment determination quite clear - if the full rent is not in our account by the 1st of the month, it is late.

Even with a power of attorney, most banks will not allow it.We lend to foreign internationals and we're having trouble setting up accounts for them.Any advice/help will be appreciated.
