But when combat with humor, sometimes it can bring out the best in people, one can step back and take in there own ridiculousness free of weight of social stigma/accusations, and then both sides come together on a chuckle and move forward in a far better atmosphere than an adversarial one. 

At a larger scale though I'd maybe feel differently.

Once you feel you've built a strong team with your first property, I would start buying more aggressively and taking on bigger projects.

From your post it feels like you are referring to the main hubs such as the triangle (Raleigh area) and Charlotte.

I have accumulated a good amount of capital and I feel ready that now is the time to start buying real estate.
