Beginning My Journey

Hi y’all 

Josue here. I am a newbie but eager to learn everything I can soak in about real estate and begin my real estate investing journey. I have accumulated a good amount of capital and I feel ready that now is the time to start buying real estate. I want to start by buying my first rental property. I joined the BP community to network with people who I can learn from and also to learn how to analyze deals to give me the confidence to put an offer on something that makes sense for me. Having said that I am super excited to embark on this new journey!
